Eric Crayton
Owner of Craystar Travel Agency, based in Springfield, Missouri and serving travelers across all 50 states. Eric founded Craystar with a clear mission: take the overwhelm out of vacation planning by giving every traveler access to a real, certified advisor, at no extra cost.
Eric's specializations are Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and Royal Caribbean cruises, but Craystar plans every kind of trip — Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, Adventures by Disney, Universal Hollywood, every major cruise line, and the top all-inclusive resort brands across the Caribbean and Mexico.
In 2026, Eric earned the SNG Certified Accessible Travel Advocate® designation, expanding Craystar's mission to include travelers who need accessible planning — from mobility accommodations to sensory-friendly itineraries to medical-equipment logistics. Accessible travel is a category that's chronically underserved by the industry, and Craystar is committed to making it part of every conversation.

Craystar is an independent contractor hosted by Boardwalk Travel, an established host agency that provides industry credentials, supplier relationships, and back-office support. That relationship is what lets a one-person agency like Craystar deliver perks and pricing typically reserved for major travel networks.
